How subscriptions work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (for example: every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks/monthly, or other available intervals). Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at your selected frequency until you cancel.
No minimum commitment: You can cancel anytime.

Billing & timing

  • You’ll be charged on the billing date associated with your subscription.

  • To avoid being charged for the next order, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

  • We only bill you when your order ships.

How to cancel (online, anytime)

  1. Log in to your customer account portal: https://account.balaveda.com/

  2. Go to your subscription settings and select Cancel

  3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed
