Cancellation policy
How subscriptions work
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout (for example: every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks/monthly, or other available intervals). Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle at the price confirmed at the time of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at your selected frequency until you cancel.
No minimum commitment: You can cancel anytime.

You’ll be charged on the billing date associated with your subscription.

To avoid being charged for the next order, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

We only bill you when your order ships.
How to cancel (online, anytime)

Log in to your customer account portal: https://account.balaveda.com/

Go to your subscription settings and select Cancel

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your cancellation is processed
