What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a select group of herbs, fruits, and roots known to help the body adapt to stress and promote balance. Used for centuries in Ayurveda, they support immunity, energy, mood, and resilience.
Are all the shots vegan?
Most are. The only exception is Radical Beauty, which contains 5,000mg of marine collagen. All others are 100% vegan and plant-powered.
Do Balaveda drinks contain lactose, gluten, or artificial ingredients?
No. Our drinks are free from lactose, gluten, artificial colors, synthetic flavors, and preservatives.

Do balaveda energy shots contain caffeine?
Yes. Our energy shots include 90–180mg of plant-based caffeine from organic green coffee and matcha—balanced with L-theanine and adaptogens for smooth, jitter-free energy.
How many energy shots can I have in a day?
Up to 400mg of caffeine is considered safe for most adults. Start with one shot and monitor your total intake if combining with coffee or other stimulants.
Are these energy shots made for kids?
No. Balaveda energy shots are formulated for adult use.
What makes Balaveda energy shots different from other energy drinks?
Unlike synthetic energy drinks, ours are USDA Organic, low-sugar, and powered by adaptogens. They deliver functional, clean energy with no crash and no artificial junk.

When should I drink a balaveda shot?
Take energy shots in the morning or early afternoon. Immunity or beauty blends can be taken any time of day based on your needs.
Should I refrigerate the shots?
Refrigeration is optional but recommended for best taste. Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
What is the shelf life after opening?
Once opened, our shots should be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.

How does Subscribe & Save work?
Subscribe & Save gives you 50% off your first subscription order, then 20% off recurring orders. You’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.
Can I choose how often I get deliveries?
Yes. You can pick your delivery frequency at checkout (options vary by product), and you can change it later in your account portal.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yep. Cancel anytime before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge. No phone calls required.
How do I cancel, pause, or skip a delivery?
Log into your account portal at https://account.balaveda.com/ and manage your subscription there (cancel, pause, skip, reschedule). If you need help, email carryjoy@balaveda.com.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
You’ll be charged automatically on your scheduled billing date at the price confirmed at checkout (and your subscriber discount). We only bill when your order ships.
Will I get a reminder before my next order?
Yes, we send an email reminder before each order ships.
Ordering & Availability
What if my local store doesn’t carry balaveda?

Why is balaveda bottled in glass?
We use recyclable glass to maintain purity, reduce plastic waste, and align with our sustainability goals.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Can I try it before I return it?
Yes. If you ordered a multi-pack (ex: a 12-pack), you may open and try up to 3 bottles from that order. If it’s not for you, you can still request a refund.
Do I mail back opened bottles?
No. Opened bottles should not be mailed back. If your request involves opened bottles (up to 3).
How do I start a return or refund request?
Email carryjoy@balaveda.com with your order number and what’s going on. If a return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Email carryjoy@balaveda.com ASAP and we’ll evaluate and make it right.
