Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to set things straight.
Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.
Tried it guarantee (up to 3 bottles): If you ordered a multi-pack (ex: a 12-pack), you may open and try up to 3 bottles from that order. If it’s not for you, you can still request a return/refund.
Returnable items: We only accept returns of unopened, sealed bottles in their original packaging. Opened bottles cannot be returned and should not be mailed back.
How to Start a Return

Email carryjoy@balaveda.com with your order number and a quick note on what’s going on.

Wait for approval. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and return instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at carryjoy@balaveda.com as soon as possible so we can evaluate and make it right.
Retail Purchases
If you purchased from one of our retail partners, please refer to their store policy directly.

Refunds
Once we receive and review your return (or verify eligibility for opened-bottle requests), we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return (if eligible). Once approved, we’ll issue a refund, and you can place a new order for what you want.
