Processing Time (In-Stock Items)

For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order.

Shipping Time (After It Leaves Us)

Once shipped, most packages arrive within 8–12 business days, depending on your location. Holidays may cause delays.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If an item is pre-ordered or back-ordered, we’ll ship what’s available first and send the remaining items as soon as they’re back in stock. If you ordered multiple items and only received part of your order, the rest will follow in a separate shipment.

Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your order ships. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at carryjoy@balaveda.com. While we do our best to accommodate corrections, our quick processing times mean there’s only a short window to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages
