Adaptogenic Mocktails
Welcome to 2025! A new month, a new year and great opportunity to leave some stuff back there in 2024. So, we are kicking it off with a little Dry January and if you are too, we thought you might want some adaptogenic mocktail ideas to get you off to a healthy start.
Make it fun, but make it adaptogenic!
Mimosa - Me so happy
1 turmeric ginger Balaveda
1 ounce shot grapefruit juice
Fill to top with sparkling grape juice
Garnish with orange slice
Martini - Berry Good Martini
1 blueberry vanilla Balaveda
1 ounce shot coconut water
1 ounce shot pomegranate juice
Shake with ice
Garnish with berries and pomegranate seeds
Mojito - the mo healthy mojito
Ice in glass
Pour over 1 Mint Matcha Balaveda
Fill to top with club soda
Garnish with Lime and Mint
Sangria - Sans Wine Sangria
Add apples, grapes, limes and oranges to pitcher
Pour in 2 Elderberry coconut Balaveda’s
Fill with ½ grape juice and ½ sparkling water
Refrigerate for half hour
Pour into wine glass
Garnish with orange slice
