The promotion begins at 12:00 AM PT on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on January 31, 2026.

Limit one entry per person.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive “kapow for a year,” defined as twelve (12) monthly units of Kapow Cacao. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $396.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about February 15, 2026 from all eligible entries.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within five (5) to ten (10) days of selection and must respond within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value and to disqualify any fraudulent or ineligible entries. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
