Summer Kapow Recipes

 

We all know that a hot kapow is amazing, but in Summertime that can be a bit much for some of us (Pitta's, I'm lookin at you).  Here are some ideas to inspire, so that you can still get your adaptogens and cacao, even in the hot summer months. 

 

Kapow Fudgesicles:

 

Recipe: 1 can coconut cream (or coconut milk)

             1 Tbsp Kapow Cacao 

             2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk (can sub 3 Tbsp maple syrup) 

Blend ingredients together and pour into fudgesicle molds. 

 

 

Kapow Chia Pudding: Recipe: 

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Kapow cacao
  • 1 Tsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice (we used coconut milk)

Shake all ingredients in glass jar with lid, refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning! 

 

Tom Brady Ice Cream:

Recipe: 1 ripe avocado

              1/2 cup raw cashews

              15 pitted dates

              1 1/2 Cup coconut water

              1/3 Cup Kapow Cacao   

Blend all ingredients together well and freeze for at least 3 hrs. 

 

Kapow cacao is so versitile and there are a million ways to get your cacao and adaptogens in your day! So try something new and fun and enjoy a healthy yummy summer!
